Any parent or caregiver focused content is intended for the adult to engage with and apply within their own parental or caregiving role. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
The Body Energetics Method, including sessions and courses, is provided for personal insight, education, and wellbeing support.
It does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and outcomes. Individual experiences with this work will differ, as responses are influenced by personal history, readiness, and engagement with the process.

Course and membership access is delivered through our website platform and associated tools (including Podia).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been unauthorised access, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) at checkout.
Payments are processed through third party payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.
Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout where required. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or additional fees, which are outside our control.
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased digital product, course, or membership as described on the sales page.
Unless stated otherwise, access is granted for the period shown on the product page (for example, lifetime access, a fixed term, or an active subscription period).
We may update course materials over time to maintain quality and clarity. Updates do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Because our products are primarily digital, refunds are handled as follows, unless Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or if you do not use the product after purchase.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy as required by law.
Subscriptions and memberships
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, unless required by law.
Exceptional circumstances
At our discretion, we may consider a refund or credit in limited circumstances, such as duplicate charges or demonstrable technical access failures that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time.
If your purchase includes access to a community space, live call, comments, or messaging features, you agree to engage respectfully.
You must not post or share content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, unlawful, or that infringes another person’s rights.
We may remove content or revoke community access if conduct breaches these expectations.

You are granted a personal, non transferable, non commercial licence to access and use the content for your own learning.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share course materials, login access, or downloads with others, including by recording sessions or re uploading content, unless we provide written permission.
Any testimonials or examples shared are individual experiences. They are not a promise of results. Outcomes vary based on many factors, including your personal circumstances and engagement.
