This course is designed to be experienced, not rushed.
It’s best to move through the lessons in the order they’re presented, from top to bottom. Each lesson gently builds on the one before it, helping your body learn in a way that feels safe and manageable.
That said, you’re never locked in.
You can pause at any time, repeat lessons, or come back to practices as often as you need.
The nervous system learns through experience.
You can understand something in your mind, but real learning happens when the body has a chance to feel it.
It’s like learning to ride a bike.
You can hear instructions and understand how it works, but you only truly learn once you get on the bike. At first it feels unfamiliar. With practice, your body learns. Over time, balance becomes natural and riding becomes a skill you can access without thinking.
This work follows the same principle.
Some lessons are about understanding. Others involve simple practices. When a lesson includes a practice, you may notice sensations, emotions, or small shifts. This is normal. There’s no need to analyse or force meaning. Through the healing process, you’ll often find intuitive aha moments, new perspectives, and understandings within yourself.
Remember, you are always in choice.
If anything feels overwhelming, pause. You can step away and return later. This work is about listening to your body, not pushing it.
Short, gentle sessions are often more helpful than long, intense ones (hello future practitioner course and holding space for intensity). Giving yourself space between practices allows your body to settle and integrate.
This course is for personal self-use only. Use the practices in ways that feel safe and appropriate for you.
Most importantly, trust your own pace. Your body knows when it’s ready to engage and when it needs rest.
There is no finish line here.
This is a skill you build over time.
And a skill you will always have access to.
