Before beginning this course, please read the following.

This course is designed to support personal self-awareness through body-based, nervous system and energetically informed practices. It is educational in nature and intended for personal self-application only.

This course is not a practitioner training, certification, or qualification to work with others.

The Body Energetics Method is not a substitute for medical care, psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, or crisis support. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

This work may not be suitable for everyone. If you are currently experiencing acute mental health distress, significant dissociation, psychosis, or do not have adequate external support, this course may not be appropriate at this time. If you are unsure, please consult a qualified healthcare or mental health professional before proceeding.

This course is self-paced. You are encouraged to move slowly, take breaks, and pause any exercise that feels overwhelming. You may repeat or return to lessons as often as you need.

This work is about listening to the body, not pushing it. Nothing in this course requires force, reliving, or overriding your own sense of safety. Agency, choice, and self-responsibility are central to this method.
